Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That’s why we offer our clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will loose the 50% deposit (24 hour notice required). A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided. Any arrival after 15 minutes will be consider a no-show. We do not accept cancellation or rebooking by email. Please call the location. As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or late-cancellations will be charged the 50% deposit. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
