Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That’s why we offer our clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charge a $50 no show fee, a 24 hour notice is require. A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided. Any arrival after 15 minutes will be consider a no-show. As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable for cash value.
